Steps

1. Open the completed batch

From the dashboard, open the batch whose results you want to export.

2. Download the Excel or CSV result sheet

Download the results file for records, analysis and rank lists. Excel for daily use, CSV for importing into other software.

3. Download marked PDFs

Download the checked OMR sheets with colour-coded right and wrong marks to share with students as proof of evaluation.

4. Re-download anytime from batch history

Every export stays available in your batch history — download again whenever you need it.

The evaluation is only half the job — the value lands when results reach your records, your analysis and your students. This tutorial covers every export CheckOMR gives you after a batch completes, and which one to reach for.

What a completed batch gives you

Once the batch finishes (watch the live status — processed count, failed count, average score), open it from the dashboard. Three exports are ready:

Export Format Best for
Result sheet Excel Daily use — sorting, filters, printing rank lists
Result sheet CSV Importing into your school/coaching software
Marked sheets PDF Proof of evaluation — share with students and parents

Steps

1. Open the completed batch

From the dashboard, open the batch whose results you want to export.

2. Download the Excel or CSV result sheet

Download the results file for records, analysis and rank lists. Use Excel for everyday work — sorting by score, filtering by section, printing the topper list. Use CSV when feeding results into other software; it is plain data with no formatting to break.

3. Download marked PDFs

Download the checked OMR sheets with colour-coded right and wrong marks. Each student's sheet shows exactly which bubble was filled and whether it was right or wrong — this is the document that ends "my OMR was checked wrong" conversations, and the proof you can hand to a parent.

4. Re-download anytime from batch history

Every export stays available in your batch history — download again whenever you need it. If a parent asks about last month's test in today's meeting, the file is one click away.

Making the most of the Excel export

  • Rank lists — sort by total score; add filters for section-wise analysis.
  • Tracking over time — keep one master workbook per batch series and paste each result sheet in; the batch history timestamp keeps it honest.
  • Parent reports — the marked PDF plus one Excel row is a complete, dispute-proof report card.
